- Elementary School $1.00
- Middle/High School $1.10

Your child may qualify for free or reduced price meals if:
- Your household receives Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or benefits from the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), OR:
- Your household income is at or below the amount on the Income Chart.

Go to the Oregon Department of Education website at https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/frlapp/. Applications are also available by contacting the district's Free and Reduced Lunch Program at 503-399-3091, ext.. 224.
Note: If you received a Notice of Eligibility letter from Adult and Family Services, give that notice to the school. You do not need to complete a meal application. The information on your application is used only to determine whether or not your child is eligible for free or reduced-price meals. Student's name and eligibility status can be released to other Federal child nutrition or education programs and State health and education programs. Any other information on your application can only be released with your written approval. Click here for the Sharing Information Waiver release forms. You will be notified by mail if your application is approved or denied.

If you are not eligible now but have a change later -- such as a decrease in household income, an increase in household size, become unemployed or get Food Stamps, TANF or FDPIR benefits -- complete an application at that time.
